NW Team Update: September 2021

Hellooooooooooo Best Team Ever!

We hit a huge milestone this month: 100,000 happy customers! This time last year that number was just 60,000!

How did we get here?! How did we do it?!

  1. Good processes! Repeatable! Scaleable!
  2. Curiosity! Why do we do it this way? Does that still make sense?
  3. Humility!  We all make mistakes, learn, and improve, everyday!
  4. Gratitude! For each other, and our customers!
