1. GROWTH: HOW/WHY TO DEVELOP A GROWTH MINDSET

Probably the most important superpower you can develop, both for your contribution at Nadine West and for your success in life, is a growth mindset.

We believe that you are capable of much more than you realize, in all areas. Success, whatever your definition, requires a growth mindset. Reject the myth that your intelligence, your personality, your abilities are fixed — because they are not fixed.

At Nadine West, we love to see people trying out new ideas, new processes, new solutions to see if there’s a better way to do something. Most of those experiments don’t work out, but as long as we learn something from the failed experiment and grow, it’s not anything but a waste. It’s an opportunity to grow.
