Hello, wonderful people of Nadine West! It’s time for the monthly update for August 2021.

But first, let me extend a big welcome to the newest members of the Nadine West team. We’re glad you’re here!!

This month, we’d mostly like to pause and express our gratitude to each and every one of you. Sidney, Meredith, and I are incredibly lucky to have you all on the team.

1. SO GRATEFUL

Even though Thanksgiving is still months away, it’s always a great time to express gratitude. Sidney, Meredith, and I are incredibly lucky to have you all on the team.

Today’s team is the strongest we’ve ever had in the entire history of Nadine West. The level of talent and leadership has never been as high as it is today. We are so proud of the team we have.

But, let me get more specific, about WHY this is the strongest team we’ve ever had.

We’re so grateful that you all have a growth mindset and strive to be 1% better every day. You’re always looking for opportunities to improve yourself, improve the team, and improve our systems, little by little, every day.

We’re so grateful that you focus on building good systems and process. It’s takes a lot more mental energy to come up with improved processes for getting things done and for permanent solutions to problems. However, in the long-run, having good systems means we will consistently hit our goals, without things having to be crazy at the work.

We are so grateful that you take care of each other and Nadine West. Every day, through communication and coaching, you help each other grow and help the entire team improve. Every day, you pay attention to those little details that bring a smile to our customers’ faces.

We are so grateful and incredibly lucky to have you all on the team!

Our amazing customer service team is one of the biggest reasons why. Every day, dozens of customers leave feedback telling us that we have the best customer service team of any company they know. Kudos to the entire CS team!!

5. NADINE WEST BUYING TEAM HELPING FAMILIES IN NEED

Last year, our styling and customer service teams helped many families who were affected by a typhoon and a volcano eruption in the Philippines.

And last month, part of the Nadine West Buying Team coordinated with a temple in Vietnam to help feed some families who, due to COVID, lost their income and had no government safety nets to fall back on. Here is a short video they put together to thank Nadine West for the generosity. So proud.
