We got some wonderful news from our Customer Service team. More and more of our members are receiving amazing support at the fastest time. And we keep on improving!
Here’s a summary from Carl of the CS Team’s July performance:
- We helped more members than EVER with more than 50k unique members helped, keeping them happy along the way with 84% of our interactions rated GREAT!
- We made a major change on how we take care of our members. Though we implemented this change in the middle of the month, we already hit the fastest response time ever, and that’s with the most emails received ever at 111,539.
