1. WELCOME TO NADINE WEST

Welcome to the newest members of the Nadine West team! We’re so glad you’re here!

Nadine West was started in 2014 by two clueless co-founders with zero experience in fashion, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.


Over the next 8 years, our team has grown to hundreds of people strong, our warehouse has shipped over 3 million pink packages, and we’ve earned the highest customer ratings among all our competitors.

How did Nadine West do it?

First of all, it was by finding smart, hard-working, friendly people, just like you.

After that, we stayed true to a few core operating principles. I’ll just list them below, but if you want to learn more, you can read details in our Jan 2022 NW team update.

1. We play the long game.

2. We solve problems by asking “why” again and again, to get to the root cause.

3. We hit our goals by focusing on the process.

4. We stay humble and we always keep learning.

5. We prioritize deep work.

2. SHOUT-OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

As mentioned above, we have the best customer ratings in our space. The best!!

I’d like to give a special shout-out to our stellar customer service team, the heart-and-soul of Nadine West, for making that happen! Led by the fearless Carl. 🙏

3. SAN ANTONIO WAREHOUSE UPDATE

Back in December 2021, we opened a new warehouse in San Antonio. Then, in January, Meredith , Danielle , and Laura worked hard to ramp up (i.e. training and setup.) 

What were the results of that hard work and daily problem-solving? By the end of February, San Antonio was handling 100% of Nadine West inbound and outbound volume.

To all our warehouse leaders and associates, you did an amazing job getting all that inventory moved over, getting all the stations operational, and getting all the new team members trained. Because of San Antonio, we are positioned to have another amazing year! Bravo!!

And a huge thank you to everyone who made the decision to move from Austin to San Antonio. We appreciate your commitment to Nadine West. ❤️
