1. OUR MISSION

To all the newest members of the Nadine West team:

First of all, big welcome to Nadine West!! We’re glad you’re here!!

Second, I’d like to share our company’s mission with you. Since Nadine West was founded back in 2014, it has been our mission to deliver happiness and fun to the everyday woman.

On one level, that means sending surprise, personalized outfits, at an affordable price, to our customers. It’s like Christmas every month!

But on a deeper level, our mission is to make our customers smile any time they interact with Nadine West — whether it is through our web site, through silly text messages from OMS, through friendly emails from customer service, or through the outfits that our wonderful warehouse ships to their doorsteps.

2. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NADINE WEST!

On August 11, Nadine West officially turned 8 years old.

Since Nadine West entered the world in 2014, I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve moved into a warehouse, only to quickly outgrow it. It’s been an amazing 8 years and we’re just getting started!

I’m so proud of how many people across the company have been with us since the early days. Your leadership is how we’ve built such a special company!

3. SHOUT-OUT TO MEREDITH AND HAYLEY

I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Meredith and Hayley , for being such rockstars these past several months.

Meredith , you’ve been leading so many teams with such precision and efficiency that it’s mind-blogging how you are able to do it all. You must have found a way to clone yourself or something.

Hayley , I’ve never seen anyone become jack-of-all-trades and master-of-ALL as quickly as you have. It’s been a pleasure watching you evolve from a recovering attorney to an unstoppable business executive.

You’ve both been working miracles lately, especially with our recent “adventures” in payment processing. I can’t imagine how we ever operated without you. Thank you!

I love the customer service I receive from Nadine West. Everyone is always so helpful, and Christine is no exception. She was prompt, courteous, and quick to reply. 10/10! Wonderful!

Every person I have spoke with has been very supportive. When i got my first shipment, one of my best friends was killed, then 2 months to the day my best foreign i had been caring for for 2 years passed from pancreatic Cancer, then 5 months later my daddy passed.
